HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery method can be chosen by customers after entering Address and Country of destination. Mailing tool will calculate estimate time of delivery and price of shipment. Please note: Delivery time includes only business days, excluding weekends, national, state holidays and force majeure circumstances

DELIVERY TIME

The Standard delivery time is 10-21 working days via Russian Post. EMS Russian Post delivery time 2-10 working days. EMS Express delivery time 1-5 working days.

TAXES AND DUTIES

In most cases, there shouldn't be any additional taxes on shipment. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees if any

– All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product for its return. Please reach out to us via return@viasacra.pro and state:

• • Pictures of product if it's damaged or faulty
• • Items must be unused and unwashed
• • Items purchased on discounts can not be returned

Once we receive the products, we check the original condition of the product and refund the corresponding amount of the order if there weren't any quality issues. If additional shipping costs incurred, we exclude them from the return amount.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You'll receive the amount within approximately 10–14 days, depending on your bank, via the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
